As from the 27th April 2012 you are no longer required to be registered as a Water Efficient Operator. The ECIA is going to have ownership of the Guidelines and if any one still wants to be trained they can be.
I encourage you to keep your membership up to date as I feel it gives your business a look of professionalism and shows that you care about the enviroment. It is also an effective tool in advertising.
